Hello there, My name is Dave Mitchell, and I am the one who designed and wrote this website. Here in my blog i will keep you posted on what's going on in my life, and share with you my food and exercise logs. You will notice below this post that there is some information, such as starting weight, current weight and progress towards goal weight. This information is relevant to the day the blog entry was made, so reading throughout the blog posts will allow you to track my weight loss progress. It is my hope that by putting this all out there for all to see perhaps it will help to motivate me a litte 8-). If you wish to have a blog like this, simply sign up for a membership. You will automatically have a hosted blog created at the url yourusername.davesworkout.com (for example, my blog url is http://dave.davesworkout.com). You can sign up for a free account HERE. Don't worry - if you don't want people seeing any of your personal stats, they can all be toggled to be hidden in your user configuration (you will set that up when you sign up for a new membership). Signing up for a membership also allows you access to the food and exercise logs, as well as removing all the ads on the site, as well as enabling other advanced features such as the ability to search for events and workout locations near you.
