This Recipe Makes 2 Servings (18 oz).

Step 1Cook the rice according to directions, I often use the instant rice as it only takes a few minutes. [10 Minutes]
Step 2Drain and rinse the can of pinto beans, add into a saute pan with the cooked/drained rice, cheese and spices. [1 Minutes]
Step 3Cook all ingredients in pan for approximately five minutes over a medium heat, stirring often. The recipe is done when all the cheese has melted and mixed with the milk to create a smooth sauce. [5 Minutes]

Total Preparation Time: 16 Minutes.
